Ok I love my pets - I love them so much that it breaks my heart to think about losing them - and I consider them my four legged children....

However...

There is something inherently creepy about snuggling up with the "cremains" of your deceased loved ones... Same way I wouldn't want a stuffed Grandma...

In the past 2 years I've lost a dog and 3 cats. I had them all cremated because I couldn't stand to be without them. One is in my backyard in her favorite sleeping spot... the other three are on a shelf in my mother's house (in their urns) until we figure out a good spot for them. And I miss them all terribly.


Like Jackie, my animals are my four legged children. But having a stuffed animal likeness for an urn.... even *I* wouldn't go that far!
