Which is my painfully contrived way to say that Stead and Hengle are busy driving through Texas. Ben, perhaps you could keep an eye on the local news and let us know if they get into trouble.

(and if they don't, maybe arrange it...)

Heh. I'll pass on the message. I have ablsolutely no clue where in Texas they are though. It's some sort of road trip. Chances are, they'll pick up a monkey, or maybe an elephant along the way!

We be back, Houston was t'other way though.

Landed in Dallas then went to Fort Stockton via Pecos (hotel mix up, never mind) ... there two nights then on to El Paso via the Big Bend National park and along the Rio Grande, from there we moved to Roswell NM, then Alberquerque over to Amarillo, down to Lubbock (awesome town) then back to Dallas again.

Saw some amazing sights, ate some enormous food and saw Buddy Hollys guitar and glasses ... and to be honest, that last bit is about as good as it gets for me. The scenery in Big Bend park was stunning though ... and the river road feckin' mental.

Tis good to have you back, sir. You didn't manage to 'lose' Stead though, I notice. I want my money back!
