I can see three possible outcomes:

1) Number withheld
2) Number doesn't accept incoming calls
3) Number is premium rate, making for v expensive ranting

If it's not witheld, there's a very good chance that googling will tell you which company it is. Then you can ghoogle for their CEO's name and then you can send him a blistering email - or even better, an actual paper letter that you have infected with your leprosy, so his fingers go scabby and drop off!

In my experience when you google dodgy numbers that have called you all it leads you to is websites full of people saying "I had a dodgy call from this number".

'Tis shingles I have! Am past the infectious stage & my fingers are certainly still intact.
