I wanna see the posting time as... [9 vote(s)]

...a proper timestamp with a nice british date and time.

...kinda like it is at the moment with the amount of time since the post was made.

Server Time

Would it be possible to put the current server time of the Active Board server at the botton of each page? I am sick of having to do time adjustment math to see when you Britons actually posted messages. Or even better to actually adjust the time displayed on the posts? (Probably pushing my luck there)

Edited by JDK to add poll!

Work for me but may be a pain for others. I would put it up to a vote if I were King (I would like to here the opinions of the peasants before I crush them )

Anyway don't change it just on my behalf.

Okey dokey.

Peasants...  cast your vote!

(Look... Brian said you're peasants, not me.  I'm just young and impressionable and went along with the voice of authority.)

Well I voted for the timestamp, mainly 'cos the new posts face usually lies to me, so I have to look for things posted after I was last here (sometimes over 24 hours).  However I'd really like a small crustacean in parsley sauce, if that option were to become avaiable.

Gotta confess that the new posts face has never ever worked properly for me.  Anyone else?

Looks like we're going with the current format by the way.  The ayes have it!

Ahem, look again king, think you'll find they're tied with the crustaceans!

Ah, but the crustaceans reflect a lack of preference, meaning that the competition is really only between the first and second option, the second being the clear favourite.

Even the Jammie Dodger King ain't gonna convince the world to change to a sealife based calendar...

You have no idea how much that upsets me.  I feel it would make the world a better place.

Would you feel better if I told you that it was twelve conch shells to seahorse on the 13th of Octopus in the year starfish?

Or would you just think I was a nutter?

You might make Sharon feel better, but you'd have me reaching for the number for St Anne's.

That does help a little, thank you.  However, once is not enough.
