A certain friend of mine (who shall remain nameless but has featured many times in my posts, likes cleaning and beats my 5'2'' by a good foot and a bit) has been frequenting the bored board and become mildy addicted to the games room (during work hours I might add, tsk).
This forum ain't about being a cozy comfortable place to exhange words in a humorous non-judgemental and multinational environment. It's about post volume damnit! And I ain't out to subsidise other people's enjoyment of my glorious arcade if they ain't gonna post! Four dollars a month this forum costs me. FOUR! I could buy myself an extra pasty every month if I wasn't paying for this! Anyway - how am I supposed to be an effective creepy internet stalker type if you don't post, huh? HUH?
Seriously though, while I agree wholeheartedly with option two, I went with option one because... um... I wanted to. You should have had a third option that combined the two in a beautiful synthesis of fun and welcoming but compulsory posting.
