The following Dodgers have been smited by the JDK for their crimes against Jam:
All the girls! for picking on the JDK and damaging his already delicate self esteem!
The Basserd Who Nicked Copper's Stuff For the offense of nicking Copper's stuff. You are a tw*t, whoever you are and we all hope you get run over by a tram in Nottingham. Or Liverpool. Or whereever else they have trams!
Copper For the crime of playing with her Wii instead of her Jammie pals!

Sadly, a little bit of both.

Ball? um... Isn't pool the one where I use a long stick to bat a pointy darty thing into a hole in the table whilst attempting to get 4 of a kind?
And start with Basic. Your stance, while seemingly basic is definitely where you start. Legs spread, bend your knees and 'get down on it'. You want your chin slightly above the rail and the cue stick to glide under your chin (practically rubbing on it).
This changes your visual angle from 3d to 2d (removes depth). It makes shot visualization and realization a lot easier.
Also, learn to shoot with an open bridge. The trick is to minimize contact and friction with the cue stick with your hand, the slightest amount of inadvertant friction will throw your shot off.
It's probably because I am a pervert by nature - so anything that comes from my head can be twisted into something wicked. In this case, I coudln't get around the fact that we were dealing with sticks and balls.

Well for the record, I thought nothing of it until you said something.
