Do something today - you havent done in ages

So today, I dunked a biscuit in a cup of coffee. That may not sound big, but when I did it I realised that I hadnt done this in AGES! in fact I dont remember the last time. And it was brilliant.

I had been given a ginger bicky - which was tough - so I decided to dunk it and it improved the experience no end.

I'm bulking by the way...

Over to you !

I've already overbulked...230 pounds on a 6'4" frame is OK but too much of it is center-massed...Time to start working out again...And that's something I haven't done in ages...no...Ben

I had a gingerbread man yesterday. It was very, very hard and I feared for my teeth, so I made a cup of tea specifically to dunk it in so that I could soften it up!

I have the tea to dunk the gingerbread. I have the gingerbread to dunk in the tea...

Mmm... circular logic...

Thanks, Jon...The main support I need is the incentive to get my lazy butt out on the road to do some walking and running...The rest comes naturally...Ben

Hey, Ben. Get your lazy butt out on the road to do some walking and running. There's pie in it for you!

Is that incentive enough?

As my fb buddies have read, last night we put the a/c in the living room and put a sheet over the entry way to keep the cold air in. My parents used to do that all the time cuz we were too cheap (coughpoorcough) to have a/c in the whole house ;)

How about being stood up by two people within 24 hours.  Come to think about it, that's void because I don't think it's ever happened before!

Ah well, free weekend here I come!  aww
