That depends how old old is - in my books a person isn't old until they reach 70.

Someone once said to me that someone seems old if they are 15 years older than you. It seems right, cause 47 sounds positively decrepid.

the way it seems... when you turn 18 you're like "awright! i can smoke, i can vote, i can take the car!..." then you're 21 and its like "awwwriiiiight! i can drink!" then everything after that it's pretty much downhill


well.. on this side of the pond anyway...

Over here we get to smoke at 16, drive at 17, vote and drink at 18 (although a lot of clubs won't let you in until you're 21).


You're so right - nothing to look forward to anymore - we can do it all.
