The following Dodgers have been smited by the JDK for their crimes against Jam:
All the girls! for picking on the JDK and damaging his already delicate self esteem!
The Basserd Who Nicked Copper's Stuff For the offense of nicking Copper's stuff. You are a tw*t, whoever you are and we all hope you get run over by a tram in Nottingham. Or Liverpool. Or whereever else they have trams!
Copper For the crime of playing with her Wii instead of her Jammie pals!
So I heard on the radio today, that if you lock your keys in the car you can phone the person with the spare and as long as they have a remote locking key, they can press the button 'down the phone' to you and the car will unlock - whatchya reckon eh? lets test it out?
Bets in first!

I couldn't help it. It just... popped in there. My free will deserted me and I couldn read any of the options... apart from 'Stead's a moron'. My brain instructed me to select this option because...well... any opportunity to insult Stead is a welcome one.
Curse you for overriding my free will with your cleverly worded voting options.
(ahem... also the car unlocking thing is a load of old cobblers...)
OK but in future - if someone asks you "Is Stead a Moron" you say "No" ! ;)
Do we have to say "no" whilst weilding the mighty power of the "no" at the same time? Only I'm just a poor little girlie and I'm not sure I can weild the mighty power of anything <simper>
It is a commonly held belief and has been banied around for years, but no, it's not possible as you can not transfer a radio signal (which is wot your key fob dun use) via a mobile phone. Mainly down to the transducer only working by vibrations ... which radio signals don't use.
It was updated slightly when infra red was added to phones with suggestion that if you callled a mobile with infra red and yousent the signal into your own receiver that would unlock that car. But agian the fobs are radio signals, not infra red ... and you'd need the phones about 6 inches apart ... with the IR receivers facing each other ... not the car ... and you know, if cars were only infra red you'd never get in the nookieing thing.
The putting the key to your head for added range does work though ... and no, I've no idea why. :)
I voted "Yes it will" though because you added the power of greyskull and as we all know that makes everything work.

Back off man I'm a scientist - and I reckon it'll work because the world is perfectly round you know man, we're not all here just to serve the man! man....
