That's quite an intersting Wiki article. I suppose if you send a letter with just the Tristan da Cunha postcode, TDCU 1ZZ, it would be delivered to the post office there... ummm...

However, TDC doesn't look quite as remote as the Hawaiian Islands from the map, but I suppose Hawaii isn't exactly 'isolated' due to all the tourist visitors it gets!

We watched a fascinating documentary about allergies at the weekend and by some bizzare coincindence, a large focus of the first half was on this very island. Apparently 50% of the population suffers from servere asthma.
