Well I don't know how many of you have been following the news lately, but there has been some big change happening in Lebanon (which is my country for those who don't know it )
Lebanon was under Syrian occupation for the past 30 years, and in the last 15 years, Syria has shifted from a military occupation to a political one, by placing a puppet regime in Lebanon, and holding the people hostage through the intelligence apparatus of both countries.
A month ago the former Lebanese PM, that decided to join the opposition got assassinated by blowing up his motorcade. Since then the Lebanese people decided to stand up against Syria and the Lebanese government. There has been daily gatherings in center Beirut asking for Syria to leave Lebanon, for the puppet regime and heads of intelligence to resign, before coming parliamentary elections that will happen end of May.
The pro-syrian president emboldened by a pro-syrian rally that happened under Hizbollah patronage, reassigned last week the PM that resigned under street pressure just one week before. The pro-syrian rally was huge (around 500,000 persons, half of them syrians brought in buses from Syria), so the opposition decided, for the 1 month anniversay of the murder, to stage a protest yesterday. And that's when the miracle happened. More than 1 million (100%) Lebanese answered the call; that's more than 1/3 of the total population, of all religions and all regions.
Lebanon had a bad history of civil war between the different religions and now they are ALL finally reunited against Syria and its Lebanese allies.
Here are some pictures of yesterday's protest (some are funny, others are sexy )

Karameh is the PM that resigned and got reassigned.
Our "magnificent" president that spends most of his time on the beach.
