I passed my first time too, but I don't know how since I used my turn signal in every direction on my 3 pt. turn (I was really nervous )
But if it makes ya feel any better, it took my sister 7 tries before she passed... and there were no gears or other drivers to worry about on the closed course. So hey, it could be worse!
Don't worry though - Darren's brother took his test a few times then gave up for a few years - he tried again last year and passed - you'll get there - just don't stop trying!
