The sun is shinning, there is a nice breeze about, ive even had to put the fan on in the office its that warm - oh and ive almost got a place to live sorted at a mates house Yippie Oh and its friday and my boss is off - although i have spent the morning setting up queries and then have to attempt to fix a sql server this afternoon but apart from that all is rosy.
I know , have you looked down the back of the sofa for the money? Or maybe its in an old pair of trousers that are in the washing machine - i always find money in there.
Now look. It's and hour and 8 minutes after my going home time on a Friday afternoon. I'm all on my own! I'm still here cos my boss buggered up his statisicals and I'm still here trying to sort them out. Fortunately he went home at lunch time, so that's nice then.
So, then. The point of this post? I want sympathy and I want it NOW!!!
Poor Darren, that happened me on wednesday, my boss messed up my sql server and then left early - i had to stay till about 7 trying to get it sorted - didnt, spent yesterday rebuilding it and today getting ready to swap about the servers.
But i did manage to leave early today, what with my boss being off and all
However thats is what management is for - they make mistakes and then leave it to the "department" to sort it out.
I offered to stay to help, but oh no, DD the martyr had to stay on by himself! <you know I love you really!!!> Have you sorted it yet by the way? I am honestly interested in a caring buddy kinda way.
