So there were a couple of things in the news this morning that seemed especially designed to elcit a response from Our very own Stead.

First up, Amy Winehouse gets a statue in Madame Tussauds!

Next, a woman gets brain damage from a detox diet.

A headteacher in Norfolk bribes his pupils with chocolate in exchange for good behaviour.

And finally, the government just can't decide whether to cull the TB spreading badgers!

Now I'm sure Stead could have a perfectly good rant about all of these, but todays poll is... Which one do we want to hear?

Think of tit this way... Stead could split his attention between 4 different rants and give us a reasonable rant on each, or he could focus his energies on just one rant and make it the best rant we've ever seen!

How about a best rant ever weekly feature? For one whole month, each Friday, we should get a rant by our dear Stead on a topic voted upon the previous week.

I was reading about that detox diet and the woman is so full of it it's unbelievable.

4 pints of mineral water? That's half a gallon...I know people who drink so much more than that and they're fine. Running to the bathroom a lot, sure :D But, fine.

There's something else going on there and I can't believe they paid out for that.

I drink far more water than that & use very little salt & I'm fine. I'd say the problem was firstly with her, for continuing to go back to the nutritionalist, rather than consulting a doctor & secondly with said nutritionalist for not suggesting she consulted a doctor. However, I'd still quite like to hear Stead's rant on the matter.
