We've just got Wii Fit ... and it's most excellent.
I highly recommend it if anybody's thinking of investing. I hate exercise, but it's actually got me enjoying it, and even working up a sweat
It's also quite amusing as it picks Miis from your console to do the workouts with... this evening I did a step class with Stead's Mii, Dave Grohl, a stormtrooper, C3PO and a hoard of zombies!

I concur. there is much excellentness. I have a Wii Fit age of 31! Considering I've done almost no exercise in the last 6 or 7 months, That's pretty good!

No, the nice people from NHS direct diagnosed me - I havent eaten anything for 24hrs which sucks - but at least its decreasing activity at the other end of the process.
That and I dont really have any food lol - I'm OK when I sit down or lie down (I just got up from a nice nap) but the bottom explosion is never far away once I move around...
This sucks and blows...
