I can't respond to any topic either as a reply or a quote by clicking in the response box...Nothing happens...I can't even edit with the mouse, I have to backspace...The only way i could get this thread started was to type in a title then use the tab key until I came to the comment box...The same thing happens either at home or here at work (two separate computers and internet providers...

Either fix it or do without my sparkling personality and witty rejoinders...Ben

And don't forget I probably can't respond to this thread either...

That's weird.

I can select the box with the mouse, but once I get typing, I can't use the mouse in the response box! Freaky odd stuff. I shall look into it and report back! We can't do without your wits! wink.gif

Seems to be an Internet Explorer conflicty thing as the box works fine in Firefox.

It's not a settings problem that I can see. I've raised it with activeboard to see what they have to say! If you have an alternative browser like Firefox, then see if you can use that as it corrected the problem for me. Hopefully they'll sort it in short order!

I have the not being ableto move the cursor with the mouse thingy & also it randomly throws me into advanced editor if it feels so inclined.

Strange...It let me reply, but most of the buttons on this page are gone...Also, on the main page the mouse can't be used to highlight text...It only works to click a link...confused.gif...Ben

Well, Activeboard can't currently reproduce the problem. I have it on my work PC as well and it's a different version of Internet Explorer and everything! They're investigating further.

I believe it also happens through AOL if that helps (buts thats mostly a port of IE anyway)

Does it in IE 6 and 7 at the moment! I think AOL uses a port of IE 6.

If there is a plus side to this, it may be that I'm starting to learn my way around the keyboard instead of just pushing buttons...Let's hear it for ejuma, um...ergemac, er...edumik...Where the the hell is my overpaid spell-checker?...confused.gif...Ben

I think I have it sussed! I think it's a problem with my HTML at the top of the page. I've stripped it down and it seems to be working okay now. Let me know if you still have problems! biggrin.gif
