Oh, the horror...

Didn't sleep well last night. Or the night before. And now it's Monday morning. Aaaaargh!

Sounds like we all need to rally around the JDK and offer some advice on sleeping!

Erm....

Dont eat too close to bedtime - try and have a 'relax' before going to bed - dont do stiumlating things like working, watching tv or playing video games for at 45 mins before sleep -

Try and get some physical exercise everyday... yadda yadda

Is it ok to hide cheese under the pillow to nibble on in the wee hours?

If you look Cheese up on Wikipedia and go to the effect on sleep section, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cheese#Effect_on_sleep, it says it is beneficial to eat cheese if you want a good night's sleep. Even though the research into the effect of cheese on sleep was undertaken by the British Cheese Board, so probably a bit biased, I think it is a reasonably well known fact that cheese contains tryptophan, an amino acid that has been found to relieve stress and induce sleep.

Cheese is great!
