The following Dodgers have been smited by the JDK for their crimes against Jam:
All the girls! for picking on the JDK and damaging his already delicate self esteem!
The Basserd Who Nicked Copper's Stuff For the offense of nicking Copper's stuff. You are a tw*t, whoever you are and we all hope you get run over by a tram in Nottingham. Or Liverpool. Or whereever else they have trams!
Copper For the crime of playing with her Wii instead of her Jammie pals!
Hengle and I were discussing our mutual creative black hole the other day and so I have come up with an idea -
I am throwing the floor open to suggestions for a song to cover - to be recorded by the Band and then placed on this website for you all to hear -
ANY suggestion will be considered with a vote from YOU to decide which one we cover - we shall then record and produce it to put it on the board for you all to hear.
So please post your suggestions here - whatever you like, then we can have the vote and decide which one to do - Thanks all -

Here's a challenge for you guys - how about Stay (you know - the Christmas East 17 jobby?).
Chorus: Baby if you've got to go away I don't think I can take the pain Won't you stay another day Oh, don't leave me alone like this Don't say it's the final kiss Won't you stay another day
Don't you know We've come too far now Just to go And try to throw it all away Thought I heard you say You love me That your love was gonna be here to stay I've only just begun To know you All I can say is Won't you stay just one more day
Chorus: Baby if you've got to go away I don't think I can take the pain Won't you stay another day Oh, don't leave me alone like this Don't say it's the final kiss Won't you stay another day
I touch your face while you are sleeping And hold your hand Don't understend what's going on Good times we had return To haunt me Though it's for you All that I do seem to be wrong
Chorus: Baby if you've got to go away I don't think I can take the pain Won't you stay another day Oh, don't leave me alone like this Don't say it's the final kiss Won't you stay another day
I'll have to make sure we take in a concert of Vic's and one of Stead & HengleDude's gigs while you're stopping over - Pure Quality. (Well, I can personally vouch for the former - yet to try the latter, but has been hyped, so must be good )
I see, they were with Wayne Krantz the first time I saw 'em, in '96, he was smoking!
Larry Carlton's the original player to the cut in question:
"The Royal Scam"
Becker and Fagen return to the studio to work on their next album, the first in which Steely Dan is officially billed as a duo. "The Royal Scam" is released in May 1976 and turns out to be known as their best "guitar album," mostly due to the terrific work of Larry Carlton. The highlights for most fans and album rock radio stations are "Kid Charlemagne" and "Don't Take Me Alive."
Crocodile Rock - Elton John. I'd just love to watch you sing the "Laaaaaaaaaaaaa, la la la la laaaa, la la la la laaaa, la la la la laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa" bit.
