Help!  I think the Apocalypse has arrived!  There's a huge ball of flame hanging in the sky outside my office!  I've never seen anything like it!

Ermm, OK, I'm a little confused, maybe the eclipse couldn't make it round the whole country in one night???  It's just that that is exactly how the moon looked on Saturday night in Southport.  Strange!

Ahhh, pretty.


I remember my dad scaring me witless when I was younger.  I'd noticed the moon was orange & asked him why.  So he says, " It's because of all the radioactive pollution in the atmosphere, the more orange it gets, the more radioactivity is outside floating around in the air."


I was absolutely terrified I was going to die of toxic poisoning as I'd been sleeping with the window open!
